Refund & returns
We want every piece you receive from Cresto to feel right. If something isn't as expected, we've made the return process simple and transparent so you can handle it without any issues. Our goal is to keep it fair, clean, and straightforward - just how it should be.
How to return your order
- Go to the return portal at the bottom of our website
- Enter your order number and email used for the purchase
- Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order
- Wait for approval and receive your return label by email
- Pack your item securely in original packaging, including all tags
- Include a note with your order number inside the package
- Ship the item back using the provided label
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Items must not have stains, damage, odors, or signs of use
- Items exposed to smoke or other substances will not be accepted
- Returns must be sent within the 14-day return period
- Items must be properly packed and be the original item received
Costs
- 48 DKK return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- 12 DKK handling fee will also be deducted
Refund process
- All returns are inspected upon arrival
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear
- Returns that do not meet our conditions may be rejected
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer size exchanges. To change size, return your item and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
